Set-Up (Pre-Installed Phones)

Follow this guide to set up your Cellhasher if it came pre-installed with phones.

Before powering on your Cellhasher, follow this guide on how to inspect the input voltage to avoid electrical stress on your unit as well as ensure your phones are connected.

Inspect Input Voltage

  1. Determine if the circuit associated to the outlet you plan to connect to is rated for 120V or 240V. This is important to confirm.

  2. Every Cellhasher has an adjustable power supply unit (PSU) that supports either 120V or 240V. You will want to confirm its set to your corresponding circuit. To toggle between these, locate the sticker next to the red switch in the PSU, underneath phone slots 14 and 15. Use a long, rigid tool (such as a screw driver) and fully move the slider according to your circuit, if it is not already.

Confirm Solid Connections

If your Cellhasher is on and a phone hasn't powered on, shipment can result in disconnected or loose connections. Visually inspect both ports for each phone and apply a gentle push to each connection to ensure it's properly in place.

Powering On

You can now safely power on your Cellhasher and expect all devices to successfully turn on. The Cellhasher can take up to 1 minute to fully power on.
